• EXCHANGE POLICY

    If you are unhappy with your purchase or ordered a wrong size, we will gladly assist you with your exchange. Please get in touch with us via the contact form or email (bowandarrowkimonos@gmail.com). All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee and are at the discretion of Bow & Arrow Kimonos. Exchanges will only be accepted for unwashed, unworn merchandise with original tags and packaging within 1 week of the dispatch date for local orders and 2 weeks for international orders. Any item(s) returned that does not meet the aforementioned criteria, will not be eligible for exchange (i.e. item appears dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc.). All exchanges are subject to availability. Strictly no refunds.

    Accessories, pre-orders and custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

     

    Spats and compression shorts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

     

    Once an order has been dispatched, shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.

     

    For order exchanges, we highly recommend shipping with insurance coverage and tracking. Bow & Arrow Kimonos is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping/delivery charges, as well as, shipping/delivery charges associated with exchanges.

     

    Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping/delivery costs. If a refused or undeliverable package is assessed a fee because it is returned to back Bow & Arrow Kimonos, the customer will be responsible for any such fees imposed and those fees will be due prior to reshipping/redelivery of your order.

     

    Returns and exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly from this website.
